How long does shipping take?Certificates will be Emailed within 3 to 5 days after receiving required info and payment. Photographs will be emailed within 2 days after receiving payment. Buttons will be shipped within 2 to 5 days depending on quanity ordered.

What is your return policy?Certificates and photographs are emailed and may not be returned. Physical products may not be returned. Buttons that are stock may be returned for a full refund. Personalized buttons may not be returned.

Will I be charged for taxes?If you live in California you will be charged the states 8% sales tax, all other states will not be charged tax.
